Returns & Exchanges

Please note that we have a 14-days return policy. In order to create an easy shopping experience, we have a simple return procedure. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipping after the 14-day grace period has expired or items are not in the same condition as you received them in.

We can accommodate merchandise exchanges for sizing issues. 

All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way. 

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express, which allows you to track your package. We are unable to accept a return COD. Please note that it may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Request a Return Authorization Confirmation by contacting customer care within 14 days of receiving order by emailing hello@welikebad.com.

A Return Authorization Confirmation must be obtained before returning any items. No refunds or web credits will be given on items returned without a Return Authorization Confirmation.

Ship return items to address on Return Authorization Confirmation. 

Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original purchase.

The shipper must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit.

BDAC is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. BDAC does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at BDAC's sole discretion. 

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer service immediately.
